The hotel was gorgeous and exceeded all expectations. We had a newly decorated guest room with a very comfortable bed. - the breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of dishes. - the venue had a very central location, close to the shops which we appreciated.

This new small hotel is family operated and therefore customers are treated very well. The area is a bit shady being near the Central Rail Station, but the rooms are exceptionally quiet. I intended to stay only a couple of nights, but extended my stay twice.

Location is great with both the main station and key shopping points all within easy walking distance. Our room felt relatively large compared to others we've stayed in Europe and had a balcony. Free internet was also great.
Lift takes you between each floor so you have to take your luggage up a flight of stairs before and after you take the lift. Breakfast is also quite limited.

The room was OK, and there was no need to go through reception all the time to open the door at night
The location is not that good, and a bit far from main activities. Some of the staff didn't speak English.

I most liked the friendliness of the hotel staff. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good. Hotel location is also good - near the mail railway station and close to the center.

Rome (double) was very big, clean and quite new.
To get to the elevator you have to climb some stair and this can be a little bit awkward if you have luggage with you. Otherwise no problem.

I thought the rooms were comfortable, clean, and overall a good value. Free wifi is a plus and the breakfasts for an extra 5 euros per night were well worth the money. I stayed here on 2 separate trips and both times the staff were friendly and helpful.
My only complaints are minor. The shower temperature would inexplicably change suddenly from hot to cold and then from cold to hot. Also, the wifi would sometimes slow down substantially and become almost unusable.
